From my window, I savored the breathtaking skyline of Shanghai, especially in the evening light. The hotel’s proximity to local shops and eateries made for endless exploration. Staff were incredibly responsive and made me feel at home.

While the room was great, occasional noise from the street could be distracting at night. Additionally, I found the breakfast service a bit slow on busy mornings, which could be improved.

I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Nanjing Road By Ihg. The central location near Nanjing Road made it easy to explore shops and restaurants. The staff were attentive, promptly assisting me with any inquiries.

Spacious room with nice bathroom. It had air conditioning, a bath, a sofa, and a private bathroom. Loved the complimentary snacks in the executive lounge! Also, the spa facilities were a great way to unwind. Location couldn't be better, right near tons of food and shopping options. Concierge was super helpful too.

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Twin Room and loved how the back door opens directly to Nanjing Road, making it super easy to explore the city's vibrant life. The staff were incredibly accommodating—during my stay, they kindly provided assistance with local arrangements and even offered to help with my luggage when needed. However, the lack of a ramp at the driveway made navigating with luggage a bit challenging for seniors. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and the hospitality.

Hotel needs to address the excessive heating in the rooms!!! Honestly, waking up in a sauna is not a pleasant experience, especially when thermostats can't be adjusted. Dampness in the air is another major turn-off. refreshing airflow is vital!!!

I had a great time at crowne plaza during my recent stopover in shanghai. The breakfast was amazing with a wide selection, and the location was unbeatable, right next to all the shopping and the bund. My room was clean and spacious, exceeding my expectations from previous visits.

I really enjoyed relaxing in the heated swimming pool and unwinding at the fitness center too. The only slight downside was the occasional wait for elevators during peak times. 😊
